M-TRAM leverages the world-class basic and translational medical research, bioengineering, biomedical technology, and business eco-system at Stanford. It is the only early translational program of its kind on the West Coast and one of only a few such one-year programs offered by a top-ranked U.S. university. M-TRAM covers strategies across the translational landscape that are required to develop, test, and implement novel biomedical solutions. M-TRAM faculty are leading scholars committed to promoting innovations that improve and save lives; they are based in Medicine, Pediatrics, Radiology, Engineering, other Stanford schools and departments, as well as in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry.
