Overview of approaches used to address research questions. We aim to gain a multifaceted understanding of our research questions by using a variety of technologies including omics, bioinformatics, electrophysiology, in vivo calcium imaging to assess synaptic function, as well as standard molecular biology and biochemical techniques.
