Long COVID News & Publications

This study will investigate the efficacy of an investigational drug, bezisterim (formerly known as NE3107), which is believed to act as an anti-inflammatory agent. It is thought to work through the TLR-4 pathway to help reduce inflammation associated with Long COVID symptoms. The trial will be conducted at approximately 18 sites across the United States, including Stanford University. 

This research trial is testing therapies for autonomic dysfunction symptoms related to Long COVID, such as fast heart rate, dizziness, and fatigue. More information can be found at: https://trials.recovercovid.org/autonomic
