RING Mentorship Program

What is RING?

RING is a dynamic, remote-first group mentorship program designed to foster professional growth and collaboration among SoM staff. Encouraging curiosity, candid feedback, and self-awareness, RING members gain the confidence to consider new ideas and broaden their perspectives.

This mentor-led, community-driven initiative creates a structured, engaging environment where participants can connect and develop professionally. RING is open to all School of Medicine Staff who are looking to gain a deeper understanding of the organization and network with their colleagues.

How Does it Work?

Over a four-month period, small mentorship circles consisting of one mentor and up to four mentees meet regularly to explore topics and share insights using meeting guides provided by the Learning & Organizational Development Team.

Free to participants, RING emphasizes active engagement, mutual accountability, and open communication, requiring a commitment of up to five hours per month, including pre-meeting preparation and bi-monthly discussions.

Applications are currently closed.

Please be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when they reopen in the Fall.

"The program is allowing me the opportunity to discuss personal goals and challenges I've had and ways to get past those challenges. I have been able to apply insights from how my RING likes to engage with each other to my working relations."
