We are the Liu Lab in the Department of Radiation Oncology, Division of Medical Physics at Stanford University! Our lab specializes in a wide range of research, spanning across medical physics, computer science, bioengineering and more. Our current research interests include: 

  • Imaging and therapy system development 
  • AI in medical image processing (x-ray, PET/CT, ultrasound, optical)
  • Computational physics (simulation and modeling)
  • Radiation dose calculation and treatment plan optimization
  • Radiobiology
