Stanford’s Laboratory for Cell and Gene Medicine (LCGM) is seeking a Program Coordinator to spearhead, develop and implement an Intern and Certification program. The candidate will design and coordinate all aspects of communications, operations and actualization of the program including building and maintaining relationships with Bay Area community colleges, undergraduate and graduate programs that focus on biotechnology and with Industry partners; coordinating curriculum development and documentation; developing procedures for application, review and selection of candidates for paid temporary employment opportunities (paid intern-like positions); collaborating with functional units within LCGM to ensure comprehensive current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) education, training and certification and collaborating and communicating frequently with LCGM stakeholders on progress of programmatic development and implementation. She/he will oversee all aspects of the process, produce progress reports, coordinate activities, and ensure that timelines and deliverables are met and communicated.
