Lance Prince, MD, PhD
Principal Investigator
Lance is interested in understanding the molecular and cellular mechanisms of pediatric diseases. He hopes to identify new targets and strategies for developing novel ways to treat patients.
Nancy Phan
Executive Assistant
Nancy is the Executive Assistant for Lawrence Prince, MD, PhD and the Division of Neonatal and Developmental Medicine. She enjoys working closely with members of Prince Lab to support their research and provide administrative functions.
Lindsay Butcher, PhD
Basic Life Research Scientist
Lindsay’s research focuses on identifying the immune mechanisms leading to chronic lung disease in preterm infants. She is using both longitudinal patient samples and mouse disease models to identify potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
Victoria Onyike
Clinical Research Coordinator
Victoria's research interests lie in developing and implementing clinical trials to further study lung development in preterm infants and supplement the lab's ongoing research findings in mouse models
Sayane Shome, PhD
Postdoctoral Scholar
Sayane’s research uses cutting edge computational methods and machine learning approaches to better understand how subpopulations of preterm infants develop chronic lung disease or maintain disease resilience and normal development.
Chloe Kashiwagi
PhD student in Immunology
Chloe’s research incorporates modern omics approaches to investigate the molecular dynamics within lung immune cells during development to better understand how they contribute to fetal and neonatal lung inflammation.
