The clustered data format (CDT) files for the cluster depicted in figure 1 (main cluster) can be downloaded here. This represents a stringently selected geneset that contains only 1548 genes. You can view these files with the PC program TreeView (written by Mike Eisen).
  • Stringent dataset from figure 1: CDT| ATR| GTR (WITH INTERNET EXPLORER RIGHT CLICK ON EACH FILE AND SELECT "SAVE TARGET AS" COMMAND)
The clustered data format (CDT) files for a more relaxed geneset. This represents a much more loosely selected geneset that contains over 15,000 genes. This cluster was not depicted in the paper and available only at this site.
  • Relaxed dataset: CDT| ATR| GTR (WITH INTERNET EXPLORER RIGHT CLICK ON EACH FILE AND SELECT "SAVE TARGET AS" COMMAND)
High-resolution TIFF images of the figures can be downloaded here (WITH INTERNET EXPLORER RIGHT CLICK ON EACH FILE AND SELECT "SAVE TARGET AS" COMMAND).
