Reporting a Security Incident and Lost/Stolen Devices

A security incident may involve the compromise of systems or credentials or unauthorized use of or access to systems. 

If your device used for Stanford business has been lost or stolen, you must report the situation immediately to the Stanford University Privacy Office and select Report a Privacy Incident
