Winter Closure 2020 runs from 6:00 p.m. Friday, December 11 to 7:00 a.m. Monday, January 4, 2021 for TDS

Due to COVID-19 safety restrictions, all TDS Tech Bars will remain closed until further notice.

TDS IT support is available for those offices and labs within the School of Medicine that remain open, or for those who will be cracking open their laptops at home or using their Stanford-issued mobile devices over the winter closure.

TDS Services with Limited Availability

TDS Service Desk & Desktop Support

The TDS Service Desk will be open weekdays during the closure from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. except for the following university holidays: December 24, 25 and January 1, 2021. We will have limited staff working to respond to help tickets and answer the phone. Requests that require assistance from other support groups, which may not be staffed during winter closure, will be addressed on Monday, January 4, 2021.
