Sponsored by the Associate Dean of Human Resources and coordinated by the School of Medicine Staff JEDI team, the Staff JEDI Spotlights seek to highlight and celebrate staff members who have demonstrated exemplary work and commitment to advancing JEDI at the School of Medicine and beyond. School of Medicine staff members who have led a significant initiative in their department or regularly do the critical behind-the-scenes that make the effort a success are invited to be nominated. We hope this effort is part of a growing culture to celebrate and appreciate all staff community members doing impactful JEDI work in our community.
 

To be selected for the staff JEDI spotlight, recipients must be nominated by another School of Medicine community member (non-staff members included). Nominations are open now and will be reviewed on a rolling basis; both the quality and quantity of nominations (in the event multiple people nominate an individual) will be considered. The HRG JEDI team will manage the process accordingly.

Recipients will be announced every quarter via Stanford MedPulse, starting in Spring 2024. While there is no compensation attached to this effort, recipients will receive tokens of appreciation by being featured on the HRG Staff JEDI website and will be invited to a sponsored appreciation luncheon at the end of the year.
