Stanford Medicine Office of the Ombudsperson

The Office of the Ombudsperson at Stanford University School of Medicine was established in 1995 to provide a neutral, confidential and independent resource for dispute resolution for faculty, residents, postdoctoral scholars and students. The Office was expanded in 1997 to include staff members at the School. The office assists members of the School of Medicine community with any work related difficulty, including interpersonal conflict or misunderstandings, as well as academic or administrative concerns.
