Coffee Chats

Coffee Chats aims to create and sustain engagement that fosters community and connection while centering the Black staff experience. These sessions are an informal space for care, joy, and fellowship.  All are welcome to join this space!

Communities of Support

Communities of support are informal gatherings hosted by the Office of EECI and across Stanford University. Also known as communities of practice, these communities of support offer individuals opportunities to come together, share knowledge, and provide mutual support based on their workplace identities and professions.

 

Staff Collective

The School of Medicine Staff Collective brings together over 80 staff representatives and HRG business partners from across the School to connect central and local efforts around the employee experience through promoting organizational change.
