Aligned with our mission and vision, the EECI team leverages human-centered frameworks and data-informed practices to reimagine the future of work. By partnering with individuals, teams, and departments across the School of Medicine, we support you and your staff to thrive and excel in the organization.
We address complex challenges through different approaches:

EECI Team’s Institutional Service Efforts
Our team also participates in Stanford University and Stanford Medicine's efforts to support staff communities and develop new processes, systems, and practices that foster a more positive culture within our institution.
