Aligned with our mission and vision, the EECI team leverages human-centered frameworks and data-informed practices to reimagine the future of work. By partnering with individuals, teams, and departments across the School of Medicine, we support you and your staff to thrive and excel in the organization. 

We address complex challenges through different approaches: 

  • Co-creating collaborative solutions
  • Offering interactive sessions, and 

  • Moving from insights to action
     

Our process involves meeting with partners to: 

  • Identify the critical needs, 

  • Understand the current state, and 

  • Offer innovative, sustainable solutions.

Our Services

Collaborative Solutions

Working across multiple stakeholders to move towards a shared, common goal.

Examples include:

  • Introducing collaborative models to navigate cross-functional team dynamics. 

  • Utilizing collective action frameworks to reduce barriers and work across silos.

  • Developing working groups to improve communication and enhance co-creation. 

Interactive Sessions

Facilitating timely, topic-based, interactive sessions that enhance the employee experience.

Examples include:

  • Community circles based on restorative practices

  • Activities that build community and connection across teams

  • Wellbeing practices for work-life integration for individuals and teams

Insights to Action

Making an idea concrete through action-oriented implementation.

Examples include: 

  • Creating tools to assess organizational challenges and needs

  • Developing tools and resources based on identified needs

  • Designing staff programs, identifying partners, and develop desired outcomes

EECI Team’s Institutional Service Efforts

Our team also participates in Stanford University and Stanford Medicine's efforts to support staff communities and develop new processes, systems, and practices that foster a more positive culture within our institution.
