Our team of Compensation Business Partners work collaboratively with Human Resources Manager/ Directors of Finance and Administration/Leaders on a wide variety of analytical and administrative activities in the primary areas of:
- Job Classification
- Pay Administration
- Affirmative Action
- Organizational Development
These activities include facilitating school wide processes, tools, training and communications for all levels of staff positions, identifying and responding to equity issues, consulting on organizational issues and liaising with the University Compensation Office. We also provide compliance oversight and problem solve with our Human Resources partners and hiring managers.
