What changed from FY21?
- Required Mini360, Quarterly Pulse, pre-work and post-work. View instructions for the Mini360 in this video at the 3:45-9:45 and 44:00-45:45 timestamp.
- All lerarners will register in Canvas, individually for each course.
- Courses open up by the first of the month of the course.
- 16 total courses, 10 (between two consecutive fiscal years) are required for graduation.
- Lecture length decreased to 2 hours.
- Course completion will be uploaded in Axess/STARS twice during the Fiscal Year (February & July).
How much does it cost and how do I register?

What if there are no more spots?
Unfortunately, due to bandwidth we can only offer each course once per year at a capacity of 120 persons. Time and resources are limited and we want to ensure this program is engaging. Therefore, if you do get a spot and do not plan to attend in full please drop the course.
If you are selected to be on the waitlist, you'll be notified if you have been enrolled. If you are still on the waitlist after the first week of the course, you'll have to wait until next year.
Who is the program designed for?
The program was created for supervisors that are newly promoted or new to Stanford.
What if I'm not in the School of Medicine?
That is okay, we believe in institutional collaboration and connection. We do ask that you register with your SUNet and Stanford email to help us track participation.
