Quality Improvement at Tri-Valley

Overview

We are constantly looking to improve the care we provide patients in the most impactful and cost-efficient manner.  Every day we strive to understand how we can do better with patient outcomes, while reducing costs if possible, and sticking to best practices and evidence-based medicine.  With this in mind, Stanford Health Care-ValleyCare continues to invest significant time and resources into Quality Improvement.

Clinical Process Improvement (CPI) - Case Discussion

The Stanford Tri-Valley Hospitalist Team has created the Clinical Process Improvement Case Discussion (CPI) to provide a forum for continual learning and refinement of clinical decision-making skills and processes within a multidisciplinary environment.

Cases are discussed in a safe environment to generate thoughtful discourse. Cases may be purely clinical (focusing on diagnosis and management that may provide new learning and inquiry) or focus on specific aspects of systems care.
