Hospital Medicine faculty and staff share a spirit of lifelong learning to drive excellence in patient care, research, and teaching. Our division invests in educational programs and efforts to ensure our faculty and staff attain the skills and tools needed to catalyze innovations in clinical care, research, and education.
Our weekly Hospital Medicine Grand Rounds (HMGR) is a cornerstone of our continuing education activities. We feature guest speakers locally as well as nationally to address an array of comprehensive topics to advance collective knowledge and practices. Previous sessions have included: clinical updates, journal club, leadership skills, DEI and advocacy, mastering clinical teaching, as well as clinical case discussions.
