Quick Instructions

1. Dial +1-888-838-7222
2. Enter your dictation number (usually 49 + Last 4 of your social security)
3. Enter work type:
   1. 32 – Op note
   2. 30 – Admission H&P
   3. 31 – Discharge summary
   4. 34 – Progress note
   5. 50 – Consult note
4. Enter patient’s SSN
5. Dictate beginning with:
   1. Patient name
   2. SSN
   3. Clinic name
   4. Visit date
   5. Supervising Attending

Setting up dictation
