Research Area: Hearing in Population Health
Dr. Alyono focuses on clinical and translational research involving the ear and lateral skull base. Her work ranges from serving as principal investigator for clinical trials for cochlear implants and topical therapies, to analyses of ear health using big data, and imaging and outcomes-based studies in otology/neurotology. She is also leading a translational project focusing on diagnostic methods for cerebrospinal fluid leak.
