Lesson 4 -Eat for the Long Run

Activity for Lesson Four

1) Make one change in your diet this week that will help you move toward optimal health. Examples of a change could be: including a new vegetable in your diet.
2) Select another change in your diet, like learning to cook a new fish.
3) Read labels of the foods that you buy.   Notice and compare the sugar grams in different foods. Make healthy choices looking at and comparing the saturated fats, fiber, and sugar content of these foods.
