What do I need to know about parking?

Free event parking will be available at the Stock Farm Garage (PS-5) and the parking lots (L-17/L-18) on the corners of Stock Farm, Campus Drive, and Welch Road. From these lots, it is approximately a 10-minute walk to the event location. All on-campus, non-hospital parking is free on the weekends.

Shuttles will provide transportation to and from the Stock Farm Garage to the event area throughout the entire event, running approximately every 15 minutes.

How much does it cost to attend Health Matters?

What time does the event begin?

What time should I arrive?

Check-in opens at 9:00 a.m. PT. The Health Pavilion opens at 9:00 a.m. PT, and the Health Talks begin at 10:00 a.m. PT. We strongly recommend attendees check in early. Capacity for the talks is limited, and seating will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.

What food options are available?

Water will be provided throughout the day, so don’t forget your refillable water bottle.

Lunch options will be available for purchase from Off the Grid food trucks.

We will not be able to accommodate specific food allergies. If you have a food allergy or special food request, we recommend you plan accordingly.
