About Health Matters

Stanford Medicine’s free community event explores the latest advances in medicine, health, and wellness. We look forward to welcoming our community to campus, where our world-renowned experts will present the latest research and practical tips for healthy living. Save the date for Health Matters—Saturday, May 20, 2023.


LOCATION

Health Matters is held outside at the Stanford School of Medicine campus near the Li Ka Shing Center at 291 Campus Drive.


REGISTRATION

Registration for the in-person event, as well as the livestreamed Health Talks, will open in mid-April. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged, but you can also register the day of the event, on site.

In-Person Health Talks – All Health Talks will be offered outside, under an open-air tent. We encourage you to arrive early to check in at the registration area. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Livestreamed Health Talks – All Health Talks are also available to watch via livestream. Registration prompts will guide you to register for this option.

Health Pavilion – The in-person–only Health Pavilion is a collection of exhibits featuring interactive attractions and activities.


REFRESHMENTS AND FOOD

Water filling stations will be available throughout the day, so don't forget your refillable water bottle.

Lunch options will be available for purchase from Off the Grid food trucks. Check back closer to the event for a listing of trucks.
