Warning Label Activity (Optional Handouts)

Oral nicotine and smokeless tobacco products are not FDA-approved as safe methods for quitting smoking, which raises concerns about their regulation and labeling.

In this activity, students will create their own warning labels to give people a heads up about the risks of different oral nicotine and smokeless tobacco products.

Students can work in small groups or pairs. If students prefer working independently, that is also okay.

Black & White Version

This version can be used as a coloring page in addition to having students fill out the warning labels.

Color Version

This version is meant to be used only for filling out the warning lables for the different products.
