Voting is a key part of how democracies work. It's really important for everyone to take part. When you vote, you are helping decide the rules and how things work in your communities, counties, workplaces, state, and country. Your vote is a powerful way to make a difference and have a say in the decisions that affecty your life and your future!  Civic engagement itself has been linked to improved mental well-being among young people.

That is why YOUR and YOU-TH participation in elections is critical and impactful around the globe. This year, as in many other countries, there is an upcoming pivotal election in the United States. As people who work with youth, we have a unique platform from which we can educate our communities, adolescents, young adults and families about the important health benefits of voting. The REACH Lab encourages you to actively discuss the importance of voting with adolescents and young adults and to offer resources to assist those who are not yet registered to vote.

Below you will find many infographics and flyers that you are welcome to print and post around your schools, officers, or wherever people go, to encourage registration and voting.  We also provide many non-partisan links to websites to offer help and to make a plan to register and vote.

Thank you, as together we can shape this important election.
