Clinical Competency Committee meets biannually to evaluate and assess the trainee's performance and milestone. All milestones must be reported to ACGME

Before the Clinical Competency Committee (CCC) 

• Trainees complete the Trainee self-assessment
• PCs complete the PC checklist
• Faculty member* assigned to trainee completes the Faculty worksheet
• Schedule the CCC meeting 

*A faculty with sufficient experience interacting with trainee. Designated faculty will facilitate CCC discussion for designated trainee.

During the Clinical Competency Committee (CCC) 

• Review the MedHub Milestone Evaluations of Each Resident at the meeting
• Assigned Faculty* lead CCC discussion and review for their trainee

After the Clinical Competency Committee (CCC) 

• PC complete the Trainee Summary form
• PD & trainee review trainee summary form
• Milestones are submitted to ACGME
• PC complete Program Summary form, to be reviewed in APE
• Report Milestone Evaluations on MedHub by the deadline
• Report Milestone Evaluations to the ACGME by the deadline
