To ensure new Program Directors and Associate Program Directors have the appropriate resoruces to begin their role, GME have created an onboarding process to provide an overview of the fundamental knowledge and skills. All program coordinators must complete the following onboarding items:

  1. Attend a program coordinator orientation or watch the recordings below
  2. Download and review the "Welcome Packet" 
  3. Go view the ACGME's Common Program Requirement for your program at https://www.acgme.org/What-We-Do/Accreditation/Common-Program-Requirements
