Change Profile Information

Address Changes

House staff are responsible for their address change notification and they need to be reflected in the following three (3) areas:

1. House Staff’s Program


House staff to keep their Program Coordinator (PC) know of their accurate address/phone number so that it can be updated in MedHub.


2. MedHub


Have your PC or Mitra Haddad to update your MedHub contact information.


3. MyWorkday


House staff to maintain their current contact information in MyWorkday for SHC human resources, payroll and benefits

Update Name, Marital Status, or Emergency Contacts

  1. Update information with Social Security Administration (SSA)
  2. Update information with Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
  3. Log onto Stanford Health Care (SHC) intranet
    1. Select Human Resources
    2. Select HR Portal (Service Now) (log in is SID # & password)
    3. Choose Employee Changes
    4. Update any needed information
  4. Once your information has been updated in the SHC HR system, please notify your Program Coordinator and the GME office. We will update your information in MedHub, MSOW, HealthStream, and SUNet (@stanford email). 

Log in to MyWorkday to update Emergency Contacts, benefits elections, payroll tax deductions, etc.
