  • Click on Update Contact Information to review and update

Name, Marital Status, or Emergency Contacts Changes

  1. Update information with Social Security Administration (SSA)
  2. Update information with Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
  3. Log onto Stanford Health Care (SHC) intranet
    1. Under Resources, click Ask HR
    2. Select Personal Information Update Inquiry
    3. Update any needed information
  4. Once your information has been updated in the SHC HR system, please notify your Program Coordinator and the GME office. We will update your information in MedHub, MSOW, HealthStream, and SUNet (@stanford email). 

Log in to MyWorkday to update Emergency Contacts, benefits elections, payroll tax deductions, etc.
