GI Fellowship Curriculum

OVERVIEW

Our fellowship includes extensive training in patient care, GI procedures, research and teaching.

We take pride in tailoring the curriculum to enable each individual fellow reach to achieve their academic goals.

We offer three internal tracks:

Physician Scientist Track
Translational and Patient-Oriented Research Track
Clinician Educator Track

Career Tracks and Training

Physician Scientist Track

Designed for fellows pursuing a physician scientist career, this track consists of 18 months of clinical training and 24-30 months of research.

Translational & Patient-Oriented Research Track

Designed for fellows pursuing a clinical research scientist career, this track consists of 18 months of clinical training and 18 months of research.

Designed for fellows pursuing a career in clinical practice and clinical research and education, this track consists of 24 months of clinical training and 12 months of research.
