Why I chose Stanford PM&R: I chose Stanford PM&R because of the great training in both inpatient and outpatient settings, unparalleled sports coverage as well as research opportunities and above all a chance to live in the bay area to be closer to my family. It's the perfect blend of training, opportunity and lifestyle!

Why I chose Stanford PM&R: I was impressed with the quality of training & faculty during my away rotation and the diverse patient population. The residents, faculty, and staff were all so kind and made it easy to see myself enjoying residency at Stanford. The alumni from the program pursuing diverse fields in PM&R was another draw. Being a Bay Area native with the opportunity to train near home was also very exciting.

Why I chose Stanford PM&R: I am grateful to be a part of a program that aligns with my vision of restoring function and movement through interdisciplinary teamwork, innovation, leadership, research, and advocacy. I believe that Stanford's PM&R Program provides an unmatched opportunity to explore my diverse interests and further nurture my niche interest in performing arts medicine (Stanford is one of the few programs in the country that offers exposure to this field!) Additionally, I really loved the dynamic resident culture and the incredibly supportive and welcoming environment.
