The Stanford Food Summit is an annual conference bringing together Stanford researchers and community partners to collaborate in creating food systems for a more healthful and sustainable world. Events feature keynote speakers, expert panelists, networking, information about funding opportunities, and a delicious and beautiful plant-based buffet crafted by Stanford's award-winning chefs. The event has been hosted by Stanford Medicine's Nutrition Research Group and most recently by the Stanford Plant-Based Diet Initiative.
