The Unity Council’s 3rd Annual Festival Latino is a free, outdoor festival that brings 5,000+ people to Concord’ historic Todos Santos Plaza to enjoy live music, family-friendly games, Ballet Folklorico and traditional Latin American artisans. Families across Contra Costa County will join us to experience this fun-filled day, while supporting local food vendors and local artisan craft stands.

Courthouse Square will be transformed into a festive, beautiful, and fun setting in celebration of this important patriotic holiday in the Mexican culture.
Enjoy live music and entertainment, authentic Mexican food, arts and crafts vendors, and there will be a traditional Flag Ceremony conducted by Consul General de Mexico. The Square will be filled with colorful and glamorous Ballet Folklorico dancing, live Mariachi music, kids area, and live musical performances.
