OFDE Community Support Initiative Networks
OFDE has fostered the creation of a variety of networking and community-building initiatives across Stanford Medicine. These networks, developed and led by faculty themselves, reflect the wide-ranging interests and needs of our community. Rooted in faculty leadership and collaboration, these networks create meaningful spaces for connection, support, and shared growth. Faculty of all backgrounds are encouraged and welcome to participate.
HEAL Network
In response to growing interest and expertise among faculty that are dedicated to addressing health disparities, we have launched a Health Equity Action Leadership (HEAL) Network. Based in research and scholarship, the HEAL Network will bring faculty together to determine how we can better address health inequities.
New Faculty Networking
Stanford Medicine’s New Faculty Networking small-group luncheons are open to all Stanford Medicine faculty and offer an occasion to meet with colleagues in an intimate setting and to consider the experiences of faculty who are new to the Stanford Medicine community.
Women Faculty Networking
The Women Faculty Networking Group is open to all faculty and instructors, regardless of gender, across all lines. OFDE solicits topics and speakers of interest from all those interested in learning about and promoting the professional success of women in the field of medicine.
