Cecilia Arradaza

Cecilia Arradaza is a senior communications executive with deep experience advancing strategy and storytelling across health, science, policy, and business. She is Chief Communications Officer at Stanford Medicine, leading the integrated external and internal communications strategy for its School of Medicine and adult and pediatric health systems. Previously, she held leadership roles at the Biden Cancer Initiative, the Milken Institute, and Brunswick Group, as well as other prominent mission-driven organizations. From Capitol Hill to Silicon Valley, Cecilia has helped organizations build reputation, earn trust, and engage communities. She served on the boards of the BrightFocus Foundation, Sage Bionetworks, the Ad Council and is a graduate of George Washington University’s Mount Vernon Women’s College.
