OHNS Faculty Mentorship Program

  • Details: This program is a high-touch, 3 pillar program that is meant to orient, guide, and shepherd junior faculty during the first 3 years of your appointment, and beyond. Pillar 1 is Instrumental Mentorship. Pillar 2 is internal A&P review at the mid-term junction. Pillar 3 is Peer Mentorship. OAA Faculty Mentor Champions are Teresa Nicolson & Kara Meister. The program is also co-led and supported by Konstantina Stankovic, Peter Hwang, and John Sunwoo.
