Clinician-Scientist Training Program (CSTP)

  • Details: The goal of CSTP is to train future physician-scientists pursuing research in communication disorders. The program consists of a protected block of time and provides guidance on how to balance research and clinical responsibilities in order to prepare the trainees to become independent physician-scientists. A distinctive feature of this training program is the emphasis on providing mentorship throughout their entire combined clinical-research training period. Faculty in the department have the opportunity to mentor the next generation of clinician scientists as part of this unique program.
