Overview: The RCO is responsible for oversight and management of Stanford’s Administrative (Compliance) Panels (Human Subjects (IRB), Stem Cell Research Oversight (SCRO), and Laboratory Animal Care (APLAC)) and ensures compliance with applicable policies, accreditation standards and external regulations.
