The Office of Faculty Development and Engagement (OFDE) and the Office of Academic Affairs (OAA) created a centralized faculty training website with go-to resources for your professional development.

OAA Faculty Learning Bites
The Faculty Learning Bites e-Library contains short learning videos for faculty on specific topics in areas such as communication, mentoring, career advancement and leadership. The purpose is to offer on-demand microlearning for any of our faculty to get oriented to Stanford, gain new insights or brush up on skills. Library content is curated to meet the faculty professional development needs, which we continually assess among our 3000+ faculty across ranks and lines. The Learning Bites e-Library is continually growing, with monthly production of new content. Open to faculty across all ranks and lines.
