Clinician Educator Peer Networking Program (CEPN)

Logistics: Each CEPN Program peer group is typically composed of up to 12 faculty. Each group determines its meeting cadence, but groups typically meet about once a month online or in-person for community-building activities such as, but not limited to, a book club, a meal, or outdoor activities such as hiking.
Details: The CEPN program provides in-person and virtual networking opportunities among early career Clinician Educators. The goals are to build community, enhance physician wellness, and promote career satisfaction among early career Clinician Educators throughout the School of Medicine.
