Logging into MedHub

SUNet Users

Users with a Stanford University Single Sign On (SSO) credentials (@stanford.edu) can access MedHub with the “Login with your SUNet ID” link on the left side. Login credentials are the same for UME and GME users. Once logged into MedHub, users can toggle between UME and GME programs.

Hospital affiliations (Stanford Health Care, Stanford Children’s Health) do not always have SSO credentials and may need to follow the instructions for non-SUNet users.

Non-SUNet Users

When added to MedHub, the system generates an automatic email that provides users with a unique username and a temporary password. Initial access to MedHub will prompt a password change.

Non-SUNet users can log into MedHub by entering username and password in the box beneath “Log in” on the right side of the screen. Assigned usernames are generally the portion before the @ in professional email address (but excludes the @ and anything after).

Users can contact the Clerkship Coordinator for confirmation of the correct username. Use of the forgotten password utility depends on the user’s correct email address having been entered in the user’s demographic profile. If the password reset utility is not working, Clerkship Coordinators can confirm email addresses.

Additional questions or concerns can be addressed by completing the survey below and describing the problem in full detail. A member of the Evaluation and Instructional Development team will address it as soon as possible.
