Enrolling Faculty to Clerkship Sites
Required Clerkships are organized in MedHub by Core Clerkship with relevant sites nested beneath.
MedHub enrolls students to Core Clerkships each period. Clerkship Coordinators enroll students, faculty, and residents to the sites. Clerkship Coordinators should contact a member of the Evaluation team if they need to add a new site.
Faculty to Clerkship Sites
1. From the Core Clerkship, select faculty or residents under User Management or search by selecting the magnifying glass.
a. If faculty member does not populate when searching, they can be added by selecting “+ New Faculty Member” under User Management.
b. Faculty or residents outside of Stanford can be added as Outside Evaluators. See: Adding Outside Evaluators
2. In the faculty profile, select Programs/Services.
3. Select "+ Add/Modify Course"
4. Select the box(es) next to the relevant clerkship(s).
