Logging into One45

SUNet Users

Users with a Stanford Single Sign On (SSO) credentials (@stanford.edu, @stanfordhealthcare.org, @stanfordchildrens.org) can access One45 with the “Stanford Single Sign On Login” link on the left side.

Other hospital affiliations (Kaiser Permanente, Santa Clara Valley Healthcare, Veteran’s Affairs, etc.) do not typically have SSO credentials and need to follow the instructions for non-SUNet users.

Non-SUNet Users

When added to One45, the system generates an automatic email that provides users with a unique username and a temporary password. Initial access to One45 will prompt a password change. Each email from One45 also includes your username and an auto-login link that will take you to your “To-do” page, which lists all outstanding evaluations.

Non-SUNet users can log into One45 by entering their username and password after clicking the “Login” button on the right side of the prompt. The forgotten password utility depends on the user’s correct email address having been entered in their profile. If the password reset utility is not working, Clerkship Coordinators can confirm email addresses.

Additional questions or concerns can be addressed by completing the survey below and describing the problem in full detail. A member of the Evaluation and Instructional Development team will address it as soon as possible.
