Our laboratory focuses on deciphering the complexities of cancer, from initiation to progression, by developing and applying novel machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms. Our ultimate goal is to translate these findings into practical applications for early cancer detection, treatment response prediction, and minimal residual disease detection.
