Request Process

This is a snapshot of what to expect during our studio request process. Please note that missing information in the request form may delay our start date.

(1) Submit a request via our Stanford Medicine Studio Request form.

• Share required client info (name, email, phone, affiliation, department, and PTA/Cost Center)

• Select desired service(s)

• Describe production goals

• Include preferred completion date
   

(2) Our team will follow up to schedule a 30-minute intake meeting for a deeper understanding of your desired scope and goals.

(3) We will generate a service agreement based on your request and project scope, including:

• Services required for production goals
• Cost estimate
• Terms and conditions
   

(4) Based on availability and capacity, production scheduling and timelines will be drafted.

(5) Once both parties approve, production begins!
