Repair of a crooked nose. This patient requested repair of the deviated nasal bones and narrowing of the nasal tip. Can you see the deviation of the patient's left nasal bone, near the left eye? Notice how the patient's nasal bones are much straighter posteroperatively and the nasal tip is slightly narrowed, and straighter.
This patient desired the nasal tip to be made narrower, and the 'cleft' of the nasal tip to be repaired. Notice how after surgery, the nasal tip is more balanced, softer, and the harsh shadows have been removed.
