Our Team

We are a multidisciplinary team striving to advance local health equity by developing, coordinating and sustaining partnerships with community organizations and physician faculty in the Department of Medicine.

We build capacity internally with Department of Medicine faculty, staff, and leadership, as well as with our external community partners, to support engagement in bi-directional, sustainable, community-centered projects that enhance health equity in the local community.

Community Partnership Council

Our Community Partnership Council consists of existing Department of Medicine divisional leaders in community engagement and those interested in developing community partnership in their divisions and across our organization. The council works as a community of practice and helps coordinate, build, and guide the work of the Department of Medicine Community Partnership Program.
