  • Diversity Inclusion Belonging Equity and Justice

    The Wu Tsai Neurosciences Institute believes diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging are essential to the advancement of science and to the development of a vibrant intellectual community. Black, Indigenous and Persons of Color (BIPOC) have been and continue to be under-represented in Science, Technology, Engineering and Medicine (STEM) fields. Wu Tsai Neuro is committed to meaningful and long-lasting anti-racist actions and supporting neuroscientists of all races, genders, sexualities, abilities, immigration statuses or socioeconomic backgrounds.

  • Out in STEM (oSTEM)

    The Stanford Chapter of Out in Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics (oSTEM@Stanford) is part of the national student society dedicated to serving sexual and gender minority students, with a primary goal of fostering success in leadership, academic pursuits, and professional activity.

  • Society for Advancement of Chicanos and Native Americans in Science (SACNAS)

    Society for Advancement of Chicanos and Native Americans in Science's (SACNAS) mission is to foster the success of underrepresented scientists in attaining advanced degrees, careers, and positions of leadership in STEM.

  • Stanford Medicine LGBTQ+ Forum

    The Forum features LGBTQ+ members of the Stanford Medicine community, as well as networking opportunities and opportunities for allies to show support.
