CVI would love to work with its members to share their research to the broader community. To facilitate the release of an announcement on our website, please email us with a copy of the manuscript.

If you would like to coordinate the appearance of our announcement on the CVI website with the release of the article, please contact us approximately 1 month before the release date.

Include in your email images (such as those of your scientists at the bench) or video abstracts that we could use in social media posts.

Forward us any embargo policy information for the journal that you have.

Be aware that if your paper receives a lot of attention in social media, you may be asked to answer inquiries or questions regarding your work. Consider distributing this responsibility among your co-authors.

Please note that we cannot guarantee we will be able to announce your manuscript with an article. The ability to do so will be determined by the current demand for our services and the relevance and impact of the proposed article. Priority will also be given to manuscripts by CVI members and manuscripts acknowledging author affiliation with CVI.
