The symposium is open to researchers, clinicians, trainees, postdoctoral scholars, fellows, students, faculty, industry scientists, entrepreneurs, and others interested in cardiovascular science and medicine. Attendees from academic institutions, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and industry are welcome.

July 30 focuses on early career researchers and includes trainee presentations, career development activities, and networking opportunities.

July 31 features invited speakers, scientific presentations, poster sessions, and networking across academia and industry. 

Yes. Poster presentation is not required. Attendees are encouraged to participate in scientific sessions, networking activities, and poster viewing regardless of whether they are presenting research.

We welcome posters spanning the full spectrum of cardiovascular science. Research may be unpublished, recently published, ongoing, or focused on emerging methods and technologies. Previously presented research is also welcome.

A virtual livestream option will be available for attendees who cannot join in person.
We will also be able to share as many recordings as possible after the event concludes. 

Industry poster presenters are encouraged to share scientific research, technologies, platforms, therapeutic programs, devices, diagnostics, or other innovations relevant to cardiovascular science and medicine. Posters should be research-focused.

For academic trainees who are presenting a poster, please pick up your printed poster at Berg Hall at the start of Day 1.
We kindly ask that you place your poster in advance of the Day 1 opening to ensure the judges can view your poster. 

We encourage you to sign up for in-person attendance prior to attending, but we are welcoming walk-in registration.
