Welcome to the 2025 Stanford Drug Discovery Symposium. This event has become a cornerstone in the drug discovery community for networking and collaboration. It offers a unique opportunity for all members of the drug discovery community – including researchers, pharmaceutical companies, investment groups, academia, and the broader biomedical community – to share ideas and innovations. Where is the event located?

Where can I find parking?

Instructions for Visitor Parking at Stanford University

Please allow yourself plenty of time to find parking, as space is limited on Stanford campus. Please refer to the below information for resources on purchasing a parking permit and finding visitor parking. Parking will cost about $35 for the day.

Download the app and set up an account at parkmobile.io
1. Select the three horizontal lines on the right side of the webpage
2. Select Sign In/Sign Up from the menu
3. Ensure you enter your Vehicle License Plate, Phone Number and Payment Information
Please ensure you park in spots market by the Green Visitor Parking sign
Pay immediately after you park your car via the app, or via one of the options in the image below
1. Payment is required between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Can I register at the venue?

I have a waitlist ticket, can I still attend?

As was the case with SDDS 2024, if the event reaches full capacity for in-person attendance, we will not be able to accommodate any waitlist ticket requests. You must have a paid ticket to attend in-person. Should this happen, we encourage you to register for virtual attendance. The livestream will be available at starting on Monday, April 28, at 9:00 am PT.

Where do I go to check-in?

Is there WiFi available?

To use the University’s wireless network while on-campus, please use the Stanford Visitor network. How to get online:

1. Select “Stanford Visitor” from the list of wireless networks.

2. Open a browser and load any URL. You will then be directed to an access page. On a mobile phone, the access page should open automatically.

3. “Accept” to acknowledge the terms of use.

Is there a lactation room available?

For your convenience, there is a lactation room available in the Li Ka Shing Center building. There is a lockable door from inside. The room has 2 chairs, side tables, and access to power. Please note that there is no sink or water, nor is there space for fridge storage. For access, please contact any program staff at the registration tables.
